dear diary,

i'm going for the third ultrasound in an hour. fiance is meeting me there.

i feel a bit nervous about this one. we're going back because the doc could not get a good view of button's spine and heart during the last one.

i want to think everything is ok, but part of me is so scared. i wasn't exactly the epitome of health early on in my pregnancy. what if my actions have caused button to be deformed?

deep breaths...and 32 ounces of water. i need a full bladder for optimal viewing.

my hope is that everything is fine, and we get strong confirmation today that button is indeed a girl because her wardrobe is shaping up nicely, and i'd hate to have to make all those returns!
