dear diary,

my attempt at the south beach diet is really paying off.

on saturday night, i easily slid into my boot cut, dark demin gap jeans. the last time i wore those was probably two year ago, and back then there was no easy sliding going on. more like stuffing myself into them.

it's amazing. i'm shrinking. slowly but surely, i am becoming the woman i have always wanted to be.
