29 March 2009 - 11:07 a.m. dear diary, my best girlfriends are both in town, visiting from their out-of-state homes. one of them now has a one year old, and is completely frazzled. i haven't had any one-on-one time with her. she seems to have made plans with everyone else but me. the other friend annoyed me yesterday when she hoarded all the time and attention of friend number one and her baby. friend number two was appointed to be the baby's godmother (simply because she is religious and i am not.) i haven't felt this left out in years. cali |
