10 July 2009 - 7:55 p.m. dear diary, i've spent the last few hours looking at wedding dresses online, printing up and filling out employment paperwork (I-9, W4), and checking out the walmart website to see if the crib/changer combo i want for button is in stock yet. how's that for a snapshot of my life at this current moment? i went shopping this afternoon for some work clothes and i had to buy pants in a (big) size i've never had to buy before. i'd like to write this off as a side effect of pregnancy, but that would just not be true. while i do feel a little heavier in the underbelly lately, i know i am just fat. i know i can't go on a diet at 17 1/2 weeks pregnant, but... and as i write this, i am waiting for boyfriend to get home with some dinner. at least it's a salad. cali |
